Laurel Run Lodge - Heated Pool | Hot Tub | Game Room | Perry County

I organized a guys trip to central PA to attend the Carlisle Spring Classic as well as take in a tour of Gettysburg. There were 7 adult males in our group coming from 4 different states. As each group entered the Laurel Run Lodge, the response was similar – WOW!!! The place was amazing! Like little kids at Christmas, all 7 grown men ran around the house picking out our bedrooms. All 6 bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. All of us felt like we were at home in our own beds (with more room, minus our wives). The bathrooms were clean and well appointed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh fluffy towels, dental picks and Q-tips). The main floor living room was very spacious with a large comfortable couch to watch TV. The downstairs game room had something for everyone. The Pac Man game brought back some memories! The kitchen had plenty of space to cook and eat. There were numerous sets of tableware, pots and pans. The hosts definitely thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. An ideal morning would start with a cup of coffee or espresso from one of the two coffee stations, welcoming the day on the back porch, enjoying a light breeze, waiting for others to wake up. The serenity of looking over the ridge was just breath taking. We only wished we would have stayed longer. I would highly recommend a stay at the Laurel Run Lodge.
